The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production.

EXPERIENCE HANDS-ON WITH
- Commercial HVAC equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repairing commercial plumbing fixtures.
- Knowledgeable in OSHA safety regulations
- Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day hands-on facility maintenance operations to our facilities
- Maintaining a quality appearance to all facilities interior and exterior
- Scheduling vendors to make major repairs to any equipment needing repairs and inspecting the work is performed correctly.
- Inspect the interior and exterior conditions to all facilities and make or schedule repairs as needed.
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven management leadership, with at least two years of facility management.
