Marketing Coordinator Job Description

BMSS Advisors & CPAs is looking for a marketing coordinator to support and optimize BMSS' digital marketing platforms. Duties for this position will include developing and tracking marketing campaigns, maintaining BMSS' website, and assisting with the firm's many Audience Development initiatives.

Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Audience Development and works closely with other members of the Audience Development team.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and a resourceful and driven professional to contribute to the overall branding, communication, digital and business development success of the Firm.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of two years of digital marketing experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and WordPress.
• Social media management programs
• Self-starter, highly organized, and detail oriented.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• WordPress editing and creation
• Understanding of SEO and willingness to stay current with trends in this area
• Experience working in and gathering analytics from a variety of social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, InDesign and Instagram
