Position Summary:

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for assuring all payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner for facilities located across the country as well as for our corporate office in Haltom City.

Essential Functions:

• Input and manage payroll from a variety of sources
• Assure proper coding to include salaries, bonuses, commission, reimbursements, and other pay as required
• Process and disseminate reports on an on-going basis
• Responsible for inputting new hire information and maintaining transfers, promotions and terminations

Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements:

• Experience using Alliance Payroll, ADP or Paycom processing tools as well as strong knowledge of excel (importing, exporting and pivot tables)
• Experience with high volume payroll
• Experience with multi-state, multi-location payroll processing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong people skills
• Must be detail oriented

Compensation:

This position offers a base salary commensurate with experience, paid medical insurance and much more. Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
