Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and possess excellent communication skills to drive revenue growth through direct customer interactions.

Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and update customer information

Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Familiarity with technical sales, technology products, and services
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Spanish being a plus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships
