Responsibilities:

Analyze user and system requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system and lead design activities.

Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies

Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations

Develop system architecture and system design documentation

Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans

Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts

Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives

**Minimum Requirements:**

PhD degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering

Or a Masters degree in a related field, and at least 4 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering

Or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 6 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering

Or an Associates degree in a related field, and at least 8 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering

Or a High school diploma/GED, at least 10 years of related experience in SharePoint solutions and engineering

Possess the following certifications:

DoD 8570 IAT II certification (which includes either a Security , CCNA-Security, CySa , GICSP, GSEC, CND, and/or SSCP certification)

Microsoft Certified Professional (or equivalent) certification

Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI eligibility, and the ability to obtain a polygraph after hire. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) environment
