This position involves providing rapid and efficient support for information technology systems both remotely and in person, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role requires excellent listening skills to understand customer queries and concerns, and the ability to offer effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority in all interactions. Responsibilities include escalating unresolved issues to higher-level staff and collaborating with desktop support engineers to deliver superior service.
