Job Title : Service Desk Specialist
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support roles.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- 3 years or more working in a 24 / 7 / 365 healthcare environment providing end-user support via phone, email, remote assist, and chat.
- Proficiency in supporting : ServiceNow ITSM tool Apple / Mac products Windows OS Remote Access VPN Citrix-based applications Epic EMR Troubleshooting hardware like printers, mobile devices, laptops, etc.
Multi-factor authentication tools (e.g., Duo) SharePoint Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, etc.)
- Experience with knowledgebases and knowledge repository systems.
- Ability to create and update knowledge support documentation.
