We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to add to our team who will be instrumental in handling the wide variety of day-to-day A/P tasks. This role will require someone with a strong attention to detail and who can work well independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

· Review and process vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports

· Respond to all vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies

· Review and upload carriers bill of ladings timely

· Keep track of damage claim list and ensure subrogation is processed properly

· Set up vendors for ACH payments

· Collect W-9 forms and enter into Quickbooks

· Additional responsibilities may be required

Qualifications

· Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Working knowledge of QuickBooks

· Good written and verbal communication skills
