Job Title: Mechanical / Plumbing Project Manager - Guam
Overview of the Company:
Our client is a company that specializes in various construction projects, including fire protection, plumbing, and air/water side HVAC. They are currently seeking a skilled project manager to join the team and oversee multiple jobs on the island of Guam. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of superintendents, coordinating with 100 foreign nationals, working closely with our logistics department, and directly interacting with customers. This is a permanent position with exciting opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Track designs and ensure their timely completion
• Lead meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Manage billings, RFI's (Requests for Information), and schedules
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Effectively manage labor resources and ensure productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on government projects with scopes of $10M and larger in the mechanical/plumbing field
• Proficient in using computer software and applications to access project documents (iPad or laptop)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Must pass background check to enter Government facilities
