Our team comprises dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to bring our clients' visions to life. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Description

    • Manage all aspects of retail construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
    • Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure adherence.
    • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
    • Implement and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in large commercial or life science construction.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
