A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Superintendent to help them efficiently oversee teams and subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met at our Napa, CA location.
Your Day Includes
- Managing work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
- Creating cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs
- Collaborate with Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
- Coordinating materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
- Hiring subcontractors, assigning work, and overseeing their performance
Must Haves
- High End Custom Home building experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
