Position Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pool Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end swimming pools and outdoor living spaces. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development through to project completion and client handover, including communication and interaction with project management staff members regarding the project's production schedule and budget, all while managing client relations. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional communication skills, an extreme eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Work Location: Job sites vary and between Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties.
Work Environment: Work is performed in outdoor environments; some exposure to varying temperatures; exposure to dust, steam, controlled and hazardous substances, pesticides, herbicides, gases and chemicals; working around electrical current, and moving machinery parts; regular contact with staff and the public
Equipment Used: Company car, cell phone and Laptop/iPad. Frequent use Excavators, skid steers, and loaders, or general construction and landscaping tools.
Essential Physical Tasks: Frequently sit for extended periods; stand and walk or crouch on uneven surfaces and may occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move objects, office equipment, plants, or tools; physical ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance; normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication;

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
