Bluehawk Consulting is Hiring a Technical Project Manager Near Huntsville, AL
- Maintain the team's operating cadence through communication to stakeholders, management of key performance indicators and project meetings to report key performance metrics (technical, cost, schedule, and risk).
- Generate boards/tools necessary for project and product health to demonstrate results.
- Performs scrum master role for product teams following agile development methods, including defining and executing team sprints.
- Supports team representation in agile product planning sessions.
- Define, monitor, and track all receivables and deliverable products for the program.
- Work closely with internal and external manufacturing and test facilities to coordinate on-time delivery of hardware.
- 3 years in Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer, Defense, Industrial or similar industries, executing design or production of electrical assemblies.
- 3 years of experience in technical program management managing Integrated Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware and Software Engineering Development projects, managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost.
- 3 years working directly with supply chain or suppliers in the execution of design for manufacturability, build to print, modified off the shelf or subcontract management.
- 5 years working directly with design engineering teams in bringing electrical products from concept to production.
- Experienced at collecting and synthesizing information from multiple stakeholders and translating data into project requirements, scoping, and planning documents.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile, MS Project, P6 Primavera, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while regularly providing imaginative and detailed technical solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, U.S. Permanent Resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a Refugee or granted asylum.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management managing complex Integrated Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware and Software Engineering Development projects, managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost.
- 7 years working directly with design engineering teams in bringing electrical products from concept to production.
- Familiarity with aerospace system design requirements such as propulsion, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, acoustics, electrical grounding/bonding.
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (various), Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Master's Degree in an Engineering field or an MBA.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
