Your Role: As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our brokerage team by spearheading various marketing initiatives. From producing top-quality digital design packages to curating engaging content for social media platforms, your creativity and attention to detail will drive our brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality digital design packages to support our brokerage team.
• Utilize Adobe Suite to create captivating marketing collateral in alignment with our brand standards.
• Curate and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Coordinate professional property photography nationwide.
• Manage third-party marketing sites to ensure accurate property information.
• Contribute to blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts with strong written communication skills.
• Coordinate office community involvement initiatives.
• Lead additional marketing development efforts as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in graphic design or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and staying abreast of industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Team player mentality with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
