Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Specialist. As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Delegate orders to appropriate processor

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services

Qualifications:

- Strong people skills

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
