About the Hotel Front Desk Position
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our company. You will be stationed at the main entrance desk and will handle customer enquiries.
You will have a charismatic character towards our guests.
Front Desk Clerk responsibilities are :
Greeting customers upon entering
Assisting customers with queries / complaints
Making relevant suggestions
Answering phone calls and making reservations
Front Desk Clerk requirements are :
Experience as a Front Desk Clerk
Reliable transportation
Willing to learn.
Willing to work various shifts including nights, holidays and weekends.
Effective communication skills
- High school diploma
