Our client is a leading organization in the battery lifecycle management sector, and they are currently searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). This individual will partner closely with the CEO to streamline company-wide systems and processes, focusing on customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and profitability enhancement through strategic operations management and team leadership.

Focus:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of effective operational systems and procedures to support rapid organizational growth.
• Lead internal teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional project delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Drive the execution of strategic company goals through the development and management of detailed project plans and budgets.
• Enhance operational efficiency by building a strong project management team and fostering key vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to devise long-term operational strategies.
• Establish and monitor organizational KPIs to gauge progress and implement improvements.
• Ensure all contractual agreements are beneficial and maintain regulatory compliance across operations.
• Innovate service offerings by understanding core customer needs and developing solutions.

Skill Set:

• 5-10 years of leadership experience within operations, preferably in a growth-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for operational excellence in the technology sector.
• Expertise in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong record of team development and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in contract negotiations and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Salary Range: $100K-$150K bonus
