Your Role
The Communications and Corporate Citizenship team is responsible for the reputation of Blue Shield of California with all audiences-internal and external. The Corporate Communications Director will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications. In this role you will lead a team that supports internal and external communications for People & Engagement, Operations, Finance and Law. In addition, this role will oversee our enterprise-wide executive visibility strategy, ensuring that we are connecting the dots across the company and reaching our key audiences and stakeholders. The director may also be called upon to lead special initiatives and additional portfolios of work as needed. The pay range for this role is: $ 165990.00 to $ 248930.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
