Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department of our property management company. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all properties. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise a team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal performance of all equipment and systems

- Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services

- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources

- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair

- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and ensure smooth operations

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge, with expertise in industrial maintenance

- Proficiency in high voltage and low voltage electrical systems

- Proven experience in maintenance management and supervising maintenance teams

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

- Effective leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
