Blue Plate Catering is Hiring a Catering Event Lead - PT Near Madison, WI

Are you a passionate and experienced catering event lead who is looking for a challenging and rewarding part-time opportunity on the weekends, with pay per event? If so, we want to hear from you!

At Blue Plate Catering, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team and take ownership of our catering events after they have been handed off by the salesperson and event producer.

As the Catering Event Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the event, from setup and breakdown to food and beverage service to team management. You will also be the primary on-site contact for the client and their guests, and will be responsible for ensuring that all of their needs are met.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and motivate a team of catering staff to provide excellent customer service to our clients and guests
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for the client and their guests
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of the event venue
  • Develop and implement safety protocols
  • And much more!

Additional Information:

This is a part-time position, with shifts primarily on the weekends. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
