Job Description

We are currently seeking to build our team by bringing on a Certified Nursing Assistant. The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a key role in the Company mission by following the direction of doctors and nurses to collaboratively provide stellar routine patient care and to continuously monitor patients’ health.

The successful candidate will:

• Instill confidence in patients by maintaining a neat appearance and performing duties in a competent and caring manner.
• Consistently provide outstanding, personalized, compassionate patient care and physical support for residents.
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Perform with poise under pressure in stressful situations.
• Maintain good working relationships with nursing unit staff and other employees.

Qualifications
