We are a leading healthcare provider with a network of 15 skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. Committed to providing exceptional care, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Unit Manager (UM) position at one of our esteemed Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee and manage daily nursing operations.
• Assume the role of ADON/Unit Manager, providing leadership to nursing staff within a specific unit.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide support and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

• On call, but NO staffing is needed. (We have a separate staffing team to handle needs!)

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare setting.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing unit management processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
