Rapidly Growing Medical Exam Company Seeks Medical Scribe to groom for possible management position. Please be willing to drive your car to one or more of our 4 offices in Brooklyn Queens Bronx and Long Island. We will pay all travel expenses.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals by transcribing medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records. This position requires knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Our exams average about 15 minutes and your job is to work within our template with our doctors.

Duties:

- Accurately transcribe medical documentation during patient encounters

- Assist healthcare professionals with documenting patient histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and detailed medical documentation

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role is preferred

- Tech Savvy

- Excellent typing skills with the ability to type accurately at a fast pace

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and maintain professionalism

Note: All positions will be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
