### Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
### Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions if applicable
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Document client observations, activities, and progress accurately and timely
### Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospice care, caregiving, or home care is preferred
- Ability to perform tasks related to personal care and hygiene
- Knowledge of tube feeding procedures is a plus
- Understanding of senior care principles and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
