Blossom Behavior Center is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Miami, FL

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and independent Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to assist with billing, aid in facilitating patient flow by answering phones and scheduling, communicating with external agencies regarding our services, and collaborating on special projects.

Blossom Behavior Center LLC is a perfect fit for someone who wants familiarity in addressing community referrals and wants to learn more about mental health services in the area. We desire someone working part-time or full time preferably.

**Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must**

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail with people outside the organization, representing the organization to patients, the public, and other external sources.
  • Develop creative projects, including PowerPoints and other office forms.
  • Communicate with patients, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
  • Maintaining confidentiality through documentation of patients on EMR platform.

Experience:

  • Minimum High School Graduate ( Social Services or related health care fields preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Google Sheets and Google Excel
  • Experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization and planning
  • Professional conduct and appropriate etiquette
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • English and Spanish fluently (Required)
