Bloomington Public Schools is Hiring a Registration Clerk Near Bloomington, MN
- Wage placement based on similar experience
- 2 years general office experience
- Experience in customer service.
- Perform registration duties for Bloomington Community Education programs including Adult Enrichment, Youth Enrichment, Driver’s Education, Swimming, and Learning Exchange.
- Duties include registration of students, processing refunds, contacting students, monitoring and moving waitlisted students, answering phones and emails, updating classroom assignments, etc.
- Entering classes into registration system for the catalog.
- Maintaining spreadsheet of course numbers.
- Proofing catalog.
- Distribution of catalog within the district and to community partners.
- Setting up classroom and building attendant equipment.
- Printing rosters and class signs.
- Assisting with annual report.
- Distribute GRASP materials.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient technology skills including Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
- Must be able to effectively multi-task.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Must enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.
