Required Education:

High School Diploma
60 credits post-secondary education or a passing score on the Para Pro Exam

Required/Preferred Experience:

Experience working in an educational setting with children aged 3-5 years
Enjoys working with children and the ability to work with a teaching team

Responsibilities:

Paraprofessionals will be responsible for assisting teachers with students, material preparation, classroom organization, ensuring student safety and other duties as assigned.
Paraprofessionals work with teachers in a positive and collaborative environment, and have a basic understanding of child development.
Paraprofessionals assist teacher in implementing lesson plans and collecting data to capture child's growth and progress throughout the school year.
