**Whats the role?**

The Treasury Accounting team within the Corporate Accounting group of Bloombergs Chief Accounting Office is seeking an experienced accountant to join the team for a contract assignment.

**We'll trust you to:**

Review and update current desktop procedures related to foreign currency transaction, hedging and Treasury related accounting procedures

Assist in documenting policy and procedures for compliance reporting including intercompany agreements

Collaborate with the teams to streamline current processes and document workflow for efficiency improvement

Maintain document database and coordinate the review with the stakeholders

Provide accounting support to Treasury Accounting team as needed

Various ad-hoc accounting initiatives

**Youll need to have:**

A minimum of 4 years accounting experience

Strong accounting foundation including in US GAAP

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Specific document and process controls experience

Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks for self and for team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Wed love to see:**

A CPA

Experience in both public and private accounting

Experience in Treasury Accounting

Experience working with multi-currency accounting platforms such as SAP and running reports

Salary Range: 45 - 50 USD Hourly

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
