Job Summary:
Bloom Health Centers is an outpatient psychiatry practice, which offers medication management, psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (Esketamine), and psychological testing. The Patient Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that patients are properly scheduled with the services that they request, support offices by taking overflow call regarding patient requests, and optimizing clinicians scheduled to ensure that patient can access care in a timely fashion. The PSC position interacts with many different aspects of the company, including patient care, billing, and scheduling. A PSC should be well versed in these areas and be able to resolve issues for patients by communicating and collaborating with staff members in the relevant departments.
