Bloom is a landscape design & fine gardening company based in West Seattle. We provide ecologically sound garden care, design and plant installation. We are seeking a gardener to join our team. The position will involve hands-on gardening as well as helping with plant procurement, design & installation.

Ideal candidate has some horticulture education or training and work experience as a gardener, a retail nursery staff or similar. Knowledge of pruning and planting techniques, as well as familiarity with PNW plants, plant disease and pests is desirable but we’re also happy to train you. We’re seeking someone who can work efficiently, be detail oriented, communicative and see a task through to completion.

Responsibilities will include ornamental pruning, trimming, weeding, planting and small projects. Must have Washington State Driver’s License, valid car insurance & reliable transportation.

Hiring for full time and part time positions. Pay starts at $22 per hour depending on work experience.

This will be a long-term role with increasing responsibilities and pay.
