We currently have (4) maintenance teams, with the hope of expanding to (6) by the end of 2024--and we need your help to do it!

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and maintain the landscapes of assigned clientele
• Train new and existing staff on best practices and proper technique
• Communicate proactively with Department Manager and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Lead and supervise assigned crew members, ensuring adherence to company standards and values
• Manage all aspects of residential landscape maintenance, including weeding, mulching, mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation
• Identify and propose enhancement projects to clients as needed
• Ensure safety compliance according to OSHA standards
• Participate in Lead Gardener meetings and weekly team meetings

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of gardening practices and landscape maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions
• Willingness to pursue further education or certification in horticulture or related field

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience.(Relevant degrees and previous professional gardening will be considered as additional experience)
