Blood Assurance is seeking full-time Human Resources Specialist to join the Human Resources team in our downtown Chattanooga office. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible supporting the organization’s employee recruitment efforts by assisting candidates through the new hire process and conducting new hire orientation. Additionally, this position will assist the Human Resources team in events, benefits administration, special projects, and other departmental needs. The HR Specialist will work Monday-Friday and occasional weekends as necessary. Some regional travel will be required.
