Position: Operations Manager
As our Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs and leading a team of dedicated Ambassadors. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of Knoxville residents and visitors alike, while contributing to the overall success and growth of K Town Connect.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Ambassadors, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders, local businesses, and city officials to identify opportunities for partnership and program enhancement.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee program implementation, including hospitality and visitor program, the safety initiatives, and community events with a focus on quality and excellence.
• Monitor program performance and outcomes, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Passion for community service and a commitment to making a positive impact in Knoxville.
