Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible with greeting clients, providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Coordinate and assist with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, handling correspondence and managing calendars
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette when answering and transferring calls
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate projects from start to finish
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
