Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of experts to create breathtaking landscapes for high-end residential properties.
- Safely and efficiently operate landscaping equipment, including skid-steers and excavators.
- Cultivate a secure and positive work atmosphere for all team members.
- Play a key role in streamlining work processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in daily and weekly reporting on hours worked and job progress.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in landscape installation
- Proficiency in skid-steer and excavator operation
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
