Skills and Qualifications:

• Effective communication and leadership qualities: ability to teach and lead a team

• Proficiency in technical tasks such as planting, irrigation, and reading blueprints/landscape drawings

• Heavy equipment experience in skid steers, mini ex’s, dingos

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and foresee problems and opportunities

• Computer/technology literate

• 3 years in landscaping, excavation, or general construction, preferably in an onsite leadership role

• 3 years in high-end landscaping, including managerial roles

Responsibilities:

• Lead and teach team members

• Ensure safety and efficient time/material tracking

• Assist with scheduling and updates

• Delegate tasks efficiently

• Collaborate with various stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Design, Client)

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence
