Blanchford Landscape Group, a renowned full-service landscape company in the Greater Yellowstone area, is seeking experienced Garden Service Crew Leaders to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating inspiring spaces for our clients and providing a rewarding work environment for our team members. As a Garden Service Crew Leader, you will be involved in various gardening tasks at beautiful residential properties in the greater Gallatin valley and Big Sky, with opportunities for career advancement and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Performing various gardening tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, deadheading, and weed control.
• Provide a "safety first" mindset.
• Working with and leading a team to maintain high-quality garden services.
• Contributing to the creation of inspiring outdoor spaces for our clients.
• Participating in training sessions both at our yard and on the job site.

Qualifications

• 1-2 seasons as garden crew member or leadership role.

• Show a "safety first" mindset.

• Ability to work hard, share knowledge, and learn new skills.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Passion for the outdoors and gardening.

• Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Compensation

We offer competitive pay with increases based on skills and experience. Overtime is compensated at a higher rate for any time over 40 hours per week.
