Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the team, ensuring regular onsite presence to support residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Operate in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and all relevant federal, state, and local laws.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, keeping the team informed and trained on any revisions.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
  • Ensure rent collection, eviction processes, and lease rule enforcement.
  • Maintain an approved vendor list and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee unit turnovers and accounts payable.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site staff, fostering teamwork and delivering annual reviews.
  • Conduct market surveys, develop marketing plans, and strive for high occupancy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, leading to decreased turnover and high resident retention.
  • Maintain organized records and initiate all necessary policies and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency situations and notify Regional Manager as needed.
  • Assist with other duties as requested by upper management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Multifamily Management experience required
  • Multi-site experience preferred
  • CAM® designation is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and property management software
  • Understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws, Fair Housing/ADA regulations, OSHA & EPA requirements
  • Grace Hill Transcripts are a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation are required for site travel

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
