Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. (with a lunch)

Pay: Varies with experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Learns functions of key positions in the Company.
• Operational focus on guidance and dispatching for team members.
• Safety Procedure & Training—must know DOT compliance and CSA understanding.
• Customer communication regarding dispatch information, set appointments, etc.
• Driver on-boarding and integration with the account.
• Safety procedure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Firm knowledge operating in ERP systems such as TMW, Various Dispatch Systems, AS400, Customer ERP Systems, Citrix, PC Miler/Routing, and Maintenance Reporting System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good problem resolution skills.
• Possess strong data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important.
• Needs to be able to uphold high levels of confidentiality when working with other employees, customer(s), or vendor(s).
• Excellent organization skills.

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Management experience desired.
• Experience in a transportation environment is desired.
• Background in Safety and OSHA compliance is desired.

Physical Demand:

• Ability to type at 45 wpm.
• Needs to be able to see a computer screen from a reasonable distance.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for a full 8-hour day.
• Some travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
