Job Title: Product Manager (Technology)
Job Description: Deliver enterprise-wide solutions, including identifying metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), dimensions, and attributes used across the organization, and align across stakeholders to understand data, information, and analytics commonly used across the organization. Work with the data engineering team to influence broad analytics reporting strategy simplifying data access in support of business led analytics. Simplify data access including creating analytic models within an analytics tool and influencing database/lake architecture toward simplicity enabling direct stakeholder consumption. Create standards and best practices that influence development practices toward single source of truths and the concept of shared enterprise dimensions. Work with internal and external stakeholders to help them understand the value of simplified, consolidated data, and associated shared enterprise dimensions. Engage with stakeholders and define/document important data, metrics, KPI’s necessary to enable all stakeholder communities in support of business led analytics. Define and document all dimensions used in analytics to consolidate into a shared enterprise dimension repository. Identify current and emerging third-party data used by stakeholders along with prioritized plans to integrate into the organization’s Data Management Strategy. Identify current and evolving reference data embedded in analytical platform and expose them for enterprise use. Participate in the development, influence, documentation, governance, and execution of the Enterprise Data Management Strategy.
Education Required: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
Experience Required: 1 year of experience as Data Analyst, Technical Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, Research Analyst, or related occupation
Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:
