Description
Summary: Manages all aspects of Sales for region from request for quote (RFQ) to invoice. Ensures customer satisfaction through efficient execution and solid communication. Utilizes reports to determine problem areas for on-time delivery (OTD) for quotes and orders. Project manages cross-functional teams to insure efficient quote and order execution and support from Supply Chain.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage Customer Account Team for region and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support Regional Directors in driving strategic sales initiatives for that region
- Interface with and support outside strategic partners
- Oversee execution of RFQs, tender and quotation activities for assigned region/accounts and provide direction to Customer Account Managers
- Analyze reports from ERP system to identify potential issues in order execution and quoting on time
- Partner with other departments to formulate plans to resolve issues in order or quote execution
- Possess advanced understanding of the territory procurement systems and major customers
- Understand contracts and coordinate with legal department as needed for contract review (i.e. rep. agreements, customer contracts, etc.)
- Possess product knowledge regarding AllClear and our partner OEMs
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and usage
- Investigate, coordinate, and resolve customer problems
- Assist in proposal writing and presentations as required
- Understand and operate in both the tactical and strategic environment
- Produce regularly scheduled reports from computer databases
- Train other team members in all aspects of ERP system as related to performing all of the above requirements
- Other duties may be assigned
- Understand and perform functions in accordance with AS9120 and ISO9001 Standards
Supervisory Responsibilities: Position may require supervisory responsibilities but will be determined based on skill set and team requirements as directed by the managing supervisor/VP. Supervisory responsibilities include:

Education and Experience: •5 years' experience as a sales manager or equivalent required
•5 years aerospace or industrial related sales experience desired
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience and sound working knowledge of U.S. government procurement regulations (FAR / DFAR / FAA AMS, etc.)
- Ability to interpret contractual requirements and provide guidance to personnel and management
- Experience in USG Government contract administration / negotiation
Technical Skills: •Experience with Quantum ERP or similar ERP systems desired
•Experience with Salesforce CRM desired
•Microsoft Office Suite experience required - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Language Skills: - Fluent in English required
- Foreign language skills desirable
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers
Mathematical Skills: •Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
•Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
