Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Hollywood, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and report to the company's executives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales management and coaching
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy is a plus
