Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and run credit card transactions
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Clear and clean tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food/service industry preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order taking
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be productive in a slow-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)
