We are looking for a dedicated, team member willing to assist in administrative duties. We offer competitive pay, health, dental, vision, benefits as well as company paid life insurance. Clerical/ Office experience is a plus, but not needed as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Role and Responsiblities:
·Data filing invoices from vendors, track employee hours, track job numbers, entering fuel charges, etc.
· Create multiple kinds of spreadsheets, and word documents as needed.
· Help create new customer files, and new equipment files.
· Needs to be able to work independently as well as work as part of a team.
· Help keep track of maintenance that has been done to equipment, vehicles, and or trailers.
· Assist in maintenance of service records for equipment, vehicles and or trailers.
· Receiving and responding in a timely manner to email.
· Be able to file entered invoices, maintenance logs accurately.
· Must be able to answer phones and deliver the message to the correct person in the office in a timely manner. Must also be able to write down caller’s information, what they were calling for, and deliver it to the correct person.
· Calling new customers to obtain their W9 and get them set up in QuickBooks. (May also include helping AR to figure out their specific billing process
