Want to be part of protecting the annual Pittsburgh Three Rivers Arts Festival?
We are seeking Temporary Festival Security Officers for various duties during the Pittsburgh Three Rivers Arts Festival. Security Officer candidates will need to be able to reach Downtown and be comfortable with walking upwards of 10,000 steps each day. This assignment will last from May 28th - June 15th.
Typical shift will be 5-8 hours long
Pay: $20 per hour!! $25 for the night shift!!
- Greet festival guests, staff, vendors, and volunteers.
- Provide support to festival guests, staff, vendors, and volunteers as needed in a friendly professional and customer-centric fashion
- Remain vigilant for acts of theft, civil disturbance, suspicious activity, public disorder.
- Immediately report any incidents of crime or other activities of a significant nature impacting the festival.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must have a clean criminal background
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write clearly in English
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
