Job Title: Parts Expeditor

Responsibilities:

· Coordinating with various departments such as production, maintenance, and logistics to ensure that parts are delivered on time and to the right location.

· Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and purchasing departments to source, order, and acquire the required parts or materials.

· Monitoring and expediting the pick-up and delivery process to ensure that parts arrive on schedule, reducing production delays.

· Addressing any issues related to delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies in orders and working to resolve them promptly.

· Maintaining effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to keep everyone informed about the status of parts and materials.

· Accurately record invoices and receipts in a timely manner using the appropriate GL account coding.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Related experience and execution of similar duties is preferred.

· Valid driver’s license

· Must have a current DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one, as this position will require the operation of a company vehicle

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
