We are looking for EXPEDITORS who know how to provide a Memorable Experience for our Guests. The EXPEDITOR ensures that all food items meet plate presentation standards and preparation specs prior to leaving the kitchen and being served to Guests.
The EXPEDITOR is the quarterback of the kitchen and responsible for facilitating ongoing communication between Front and Heart of House, and has the authority to push back any food that does not meet standards.
