DESCRIPTION
·Lead changemanagement efforts on large, complex, strategic change management efforts
·Partner with PMsand business leaders as part of a program team
·Consult with officers,managers, and stakeholders to assess change impacts of project/program
·Create changemanagement plans for multiple projects with complex interdependencies
·Design andimplement change management materials including change strategy, project plan,change metrics, communication materials, training materials, resistancemanagement tools and stabilization activities
·Recommend andhelp to develop additional templates or tools as needed
·Will work directly withProgram Change Manager as part of a coordinated program
SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS
·Thoroughknowledge of OCM, organizational design and culture change theories, models,and techniques
·Proven ability todesign and implement successful change management for large high-priority,high-risk projects
·Strongunderstanding of technology
·Demonstratedability to manage multiple priorities and projects in tandem
·Demonstratedability to build trust with executives, management, project teams, andstakeholders
·Thoroughknowledge of training program design, adult learning theory, and currenttraining techniques
·Change Managementcertification (PROSCI, AIM, CCMP, ATD etc.) required
·5 years of progressiveleadership experience in change management
