Provide project and change management support forprojects.

As a Hybrid Project/Change Manager, you will be part ofthe Wildfire Operations Program Management office, which is dedicated tosupporting programs and projects focused on achieving strategic wildfiremitigation & resiliency goals. Our work is fast-paced and high-profile,requiring strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills. In addition,good communications and presentation creation skills are necessary. You must becomfortable connecting and collaborating, primarily remotely (at this point),with individuals in a range of roles from across the company. Utility industryexperience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

·Your responsibilities as you lead project andchange management efforts for the adoption and execution of major strategicinitiatives will include, but not be limited to:

•Designing and implementing project and changemanagement plans and strategies, interventions for improving employee adoptionof change and morale, ensuring stakeholder readiness, preparing leaders forchange, and enhancing cultural shifts.

•Partnering with business sponsors, leadershipteams and executive officers to build change capability and readiness in theorganization

•Designing and implementing project scopes, schedules,and deliverables

•Creating change-related communications andtraining content/materials

Education requirements:

•Requires a bachelor’s degree in business,communications, organizational effectiveness, psychology or other relatedfield, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills:

•Project Management and Change Management; preferProject Management and change management certifications such as PMP, PROSCI orCCMP (Certified Change Management Practitioner) Competencies (Knowledge,Skills, Abilities)

•Advanced knowledge of project and changemanagement principles, including methodologies, theories, models, tools, andtechniques

•History of successfully leading project andchange management workstreams on enterprise-wide, complex, cross-functionalprojects and/or strategic initiatives

•Flexible and resourceful; willing to work atboth a very detailed and strategic level

•Ability to lead, act, and provideresults-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity

•Advanced skills in providing coaching andfeedback in a constructive manner

•Advanced skills in building trust, overcomingresistance in different settings and work cultures, influencing stakeholders,and leading without formal authority

•Advanced skills in strategic thinking tounderstand where the organization stands currently, where it wants to be andhow to get there

•Advanced skills in creative storytelling,translating complex ideas into easy-to-consume content for stakeholders

•Advanced knowledge of training program design,adult learning theory and state-of-the-art training techniques

•Working knowledge of procurement and contractadministration

•Intermediate computer skills using MicrosoftOffice suite
