What will the Marketing Specialist do?

The Marketing Specialist will assist the VP of Support Services with key marketing activities that effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and potential customers. You would be expected to design all our graphics within Adobe suite to support tradeshows, website, social media, customer visits, and any other representation of Bitrode to the outside. You may need to photograph our equipment and/or video our employees/equipment. You would also implement marketing and advertising campaigns, working closely to enhance company image and presence through the creation of ads, display materials, and media for LinkedIn.

You will need to keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements by inventorying stock, requesting orders, and verifying receipts. It would be your responsibility to plan meetings with sales to discuss requirements for trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contracts, developing schedules and assignments. Lastly, you would need to accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What makes you qualified for this role?

You would need to:

• Possess strong presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Products, and WordPress.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with industrial products.
